Hi! How're you doing? This is Sai Sai O.K or just call me "Sean" for your convenience, if you are not a Myanmar.
Thanks for reading my blog and hope I could give you something..Be it a laughter..or just a smile. Or whatever that you are looking for. All my posts solely represent my thoughts like how I see and interpret everything coming my way. I do not represent any race or community. Neither associate with any organization. My writing may not fit everyone's taste or may not be pleased all the people out there and I am not trying to make everyone to agree my point of views.
But hey.. if you find something amused, take it, have fun and smile. If you find annoying, leave it and ignore. Does anyone say he or she is writing for nothing? No, none! We are all writing with a purpose. We want to share something we know or we feel etc. etc.. So find out what mine is and shoot me comments! Appreciate much!

SAI SAI'S WEEKENDS
This video was just made last night. After late lunch at city hall we went for a cuppa at Marina Square. After catching a fashion show which is part of Singapore Fashion Week, we came home. While I am preparing fried rice the boys entertaining me with their songs.. ahe..with bare-half bodies..
Mg Phone and sweet heart..So you know why he is missing from most of my weekend outings lately? We had dinner together one evening and they both seemed busy or being cam-shy?.
Zarni & Khin Si one month anniversaty. Nah it was a special reception for us people in Singapore who could not make it to Yangon to attend the grand reception.
BBQ evening at East Coast Park.
2008 Mosaic Music Festival, Singapore.
FHM Singapore's Sexiest Girl 2008 at Clarke Quay.
Most of the weekend, I meet up with my gang and as you could see..we filled our thirst bottle after bottle. Until we got drunk? Na..we never seem to have enough...of course not just the boozes but fun!

CALLING ALL MYANMAR!!!! STATE OF EMERGENCY...
Dear fellow Myanmar Nationals! Would you please help me and guide me to get the Myanmar fonts up and running ASAP?
I will have to break my self-imposed rules that not to blog in Myanmar Language. I want my juniors or seniors alike to read and speak a decent English. I am still trying to learn and I want them to learn too. Especially If they are coming out of the country to work oversea. But seems no burmese likes to read in English nor got inspiration to learn English. So.. I think on and off..I have to write in Burmese..Not to boost the readerships but to convey the message across the targetted audience.
Je is putting up at my place and he is an Engineering Grad with reasonably good command of English. Through him, through his friends and through any other Burmese I happen to know and learn that a very very serious crisis is going on and it could affect the already-established Myanmar as a whole in Singapore Job Market.
Being the products of poorly minted from the many Universities with no qualified teachers (qualified ones left the country earlier, the new comers are here in drove equipped themselves with best spoken Burmese with irrelevant working experiences.
Why? I conclude as
1. Inhumane Agents (not well establishments one obviously) with who-cares-even-you-die attitude are out in force. Charging exorbitant fees, sending them off to Singapore. Misguiding with their tell-tales! Seems anyone walk-in to their offices with a blank certificate with no knowledge of how many English alphabets there are.. could even get a job here in Singapore!
2. Life at home is getting tougher (obvious reason). As soon they left the school doors without any ideas what to do..work as what! and don't even think of trying to learn the foreign languages...they are here looking for jobs..some of them, come straight from a very remote cities that they were only been to Yangon when they were about to leave Yangon...what can we expects?
A CRISIS! A VERY SERIOUS CRISIS..
We heard the stories that they were being deported just after stepping out of the planes. Reasons? Do not know where and who their sponsors? Not sufficient money to stay on here as guests! Language! Language! Singapore Immigration is the most understanding, the most cordial and having the most foreigner friendly policy in South East Asia and than those wealthiest countries that I came across. I dare say.. they would never send you off if you could express yourself well enough!
We heard the stories that they were fired just after starting to work for weeks for poor command of English!
Je told me his walk-in interview experience today. Just after 2 Burmese guys left the interview he was asked if he's Burmese. After saying yes, the receptionist told him that her manager instructed her to check if there were any more Burmese! And so he was asked to leave. For obvious reason!
Dear fellow Myanmar (Burmese), I call it a disaster! I call it a state of emergency! Please do something!
If you are a popular Burmese Blogger and if you write in Burmese, please write about all these happenings!
Tell your friends, tell your relatives who want to come here to stop buying those sweet tales from agents! Wake them up and urge them to learn the Language, the ENGLISH if they want to get decent jobs with decent pays.
And those of you who could help me to set up Myanmar Fonts, I would appreciate if you contact me through my email,( seanm71@gmail.com ).
